I think #6 is fair given that whole weird cheap carbonated water thing.

Yup. Trade out the fizzy water for actual bottles of water and I think we could achieve #5 next year. Throw in some infinity pools, a T-Rex in the courtyard and a few other oddities and #4 is my prediction.
